We are the Institute of Lifelong Learning of the University of Barcelona and we were created for the purpose of serving society. Our mission is to provide people with continuing training so that they can fulfil their professional and personal development aims, and to help companies and organizations to improve their competitiveness through knowledge management.

With an innovative approach, we make high-quality training available to professionals, always seeking academic excellence not only in the methodology and rigour of the contents, but also in the flexibility to make it accessible and compatible with professional demands and personal life.
The training that we offer covers a wide range of knowledge areas, with face-to-face, blended learning and online methods, and master’s degrees, postgraduates and specialization courses.
We moreover support organizations in order to identify and respond to the main challenges that they have to face in their businesses. We listen to their problems and design value propositions with a real impact.
With our international outlook, we participate in the investigation, development and implementation of projects linked to lifelong learning, in the European and international sphere, especially in Latin America.
