The Board of Trustees is the governing body and is in charge of the representation, administration and decision-making of the Foundation.
The Foundation, by unanimous agreement of the Board of Trustees, on 14 December 2012, fulfilled the obligation to adapt the Foundation’s Articles of Association to the provisions of Law 4/2008, of 24 April of the Parliament of Catalonia, which approves the Third Book of the Civil Code of Catalonia, concerning legal entities.
