The Board of Trustees is the IL3-UB's governing, representative, administrative and decision-making body.
By unanimous agreement of the Board of Trustees on 14 December 2012, the IL3-UB complied with the obligation to adapt its Statutes to the provisions of Law 4/2008 of 24 April 2008 of the Parliament of Catalonia, approving Book III of the Civil Code of Catalonia, relating to legal persons.
