UPC en acció: experiències recents des de la perspectiva de la indústria

Els ponents presentaran les seves experiències en accions davant del Tribunal Unificat de Patents (Unified Patent Court, UPC) des de la perspectiva de la indústria, ja sigui com a demandants (titulars de patents) o com a demandats. En particular, es tractaran casos d'HP Inc. i de Carrier Corp. en què els ponents han estat els responsables a les seves respectives empreses.

Des de la perspectiva d'in-house counsels, es mostraran els processos de litigació de patents des de l'inici fins al final (o fins on s'hagi arribat). Des del mateix punt de vista, es discutiran avantatges i desavantatges, així com els primers senyals de jurisprudència emergents d'aquests casos.
